Public beta · research environment in development

Make institutional intelligence visible, contestable and correctable.

JUS.smart translates legal research into public inquiry, collaborative exploration and bounded demonstrators.

Test an institutional act ↓

01 / Purpose

From jurisprudence to public inquiry.

JUS.smart is the developing public-engagement and legal-innovation environment within the KSC.JUSNREM ecosystem. It helps people examine how authority, evidence, reasons and remedy should remain connected when institutional cognition is distributed across human, computational and organisational participants.

It does not decide cases, replace professional judgment or exercise public authority. Its present work is to make questions inspectable enough to be challenged.

02 / Beta instrument

Trace an intelligent institutional act.

Select each condition. The instrument does not declare an act lawful; it reveals the questions that lawful authority must still answer.

Public translation

JUS.smart

Opens research questions to collaborative inquiry, critique and bounded experimentation.

04 / Continuity

JUS.smart was listed as a “Legaltech Ecosystem” in the official IGF 2024 Village exhibitors material. The present beta records development from that public idea toward a disciplined research-translation environment.

05 / Status

Claims remain smaller than the evidence.

  • Beta frontend: operating for public inspection.
  • Research instruments: working prototypes, open to correction.
  • Institutional deployment: not claimed.
  • Automated legal authority: expressly rejected.
  • Visitor data: no account, tracking or submission in this release.

06 / Open inquiry

Bring an objection, a case or a governing question.

The beta is useful only if its propositions can be tested against legal orders, institutional experience and affected communities.
